Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with APSHARAA. We value your trust and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Products can be returned within 5 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Personal care items

    • Customized or made-to-order products

    • Digital products or gift cards

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@apsharaa.com or contact us via Mobile +91 9523306627

  2. Provide your order ID, reason for return, and images/videos (if applicable)

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions

3. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within [5–7] business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

    • UPI / Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking

    • Wallets (if used)

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via:

  • UPI or Bank Transfer (details will be requested)

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size/color defects or damaged items, subject to stock availability.

  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping is free for damaged or incorrect products.

  • For other returns, shipping charges will be deducted .

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 10 Hrs of placing the order.

  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your bank or payment provider
